Lynnwood in-person classes are currently multi-level for absolute beginner to intermediate dancers and comprise of Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Choreography in one class.

​

Mukilteo in-person classes focus on the Fundamentals, breaking down moves

and drilling them into muscle memory, and is suitable for absolute beginners to experienced dancers.

 

Embrace your inner goddess, gain confidence and learn to love your body as you transform yourself with the art of Belly Dance. Dancers of all ages, shapes and sizes are encouraged to learn in a comfortable, supportive environment. We will break down  fundamental moves and drill them into muscle memory. You will learn to accent, isolate, undulate, and shimmy. We will add layers, create combinations, and Lynnwood students will learn a routine. You will glow with confidence as you learn to perform to Middle Eastern Music.

Belly dance and core fitness merge into RakasaFit, a fun and challenging 50-60 minute workout to invigorating Middle Eastern remixes, engaging the deep core fitness that naturally exists in belly dance!
